Passionate, innovative educator experienced in Common Core Curriculum. After 10 years of teaching small and large groups, in various educational settings, I have developed firsthand experience in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of curriculum design based on academic and behavioral needs. In turn, these districts and schools have educated me, a lifelong learner dedicated to teacher and student success. Instilling Bloom's Taxonomy in classroom and administrative hands-on experience, I spearheaded curriculum modifications for students in order to accommodate their academic needs addressing IEP Goals. Through personally developed teaching techniques, focusing primarily on social and emotional connection, I established a positive and supportive environment for all learners. Feedback from parents and colleagues consistently noted the tangible growth they've seen throughout our time together.
